Indicative starting prices for reference — final pricing always depends on your floor's condition, size, any repairs needed and the finish you choose. We don't believe in copying a competitor's price list, so treat these as a starting point for a conversation, not a fixed quote.

Our pricing is straightforward: $1 per square foot of terrazzo polished, with a $350 minimum per job — so any area under 350 sq ft is billed at the flat $350 minimum rather than by the square foot. A small, localised touch-up that doesn't need a full room polished is a flat $250 spot-fixing charge instead. These are our standard rates; repairs, grinding and premium finishes beyond a standard polish are quoted separately, as below.
